REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Nosipho Noluthando Jele trading as Redemption Era. This policy explains how refunds and returns work for our products.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Our products, including The Evidence Journal, are digital downloads. Because a digital file can't be returned once it has been delivered, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

WHEN WE WILL HELP
We want you to have a smooth experience. If any of the following happens, email us at nosipho@redemptionera.co.za within 24 hours of purchase and we will fix it, replace it, or issue a refund at our discretion:
- Your download link is broken or expired
- The file is corrupted or won't open
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- You were charged but did not receive your product

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

FREE PRODUCTS
The Identity Reset is free, so no payment or refund applies.

CHARGEBACKS
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly by email.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
