Welcome to Redemption Era. This website is operated by Nosipho Noluthando Jele and her team trading as Redemption Era. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. WHAT WE OFFER
We offer digital products and educational content about identity and personal change, including The Evidence Journal and The Identity Reset. We may add, change or remove products at any time.

2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in your country's currency and may change without notice. By placing an order you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract and that the payment details you provide are accurate and yours to use. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. We never see or store your full card details. We may cancel or refuse an order if we suspect fraud, an error in pricing, or misuse.

3. DELIVERY
Digital products are delivered by email and on your order confirmation page. See our Shipping Policy for details.

4. REFUNDS
Our Refund and Return Policy forms part of these Terms.

5. LICENCE AND USE OF OUR PRODUCTS
When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal use. You may print it and fill it in for yourself. You may not copy, resell, share, distribute, upload, publish, modify or use our products to create other products, in whole or in part, without our written permission. This includes sharing files with others, posting them online, or using them in groups, courses or coaching.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site and in our products, including text, designs, graphics, frameworks, names (including "Redemption Era", "The Identity Reset", "The Evidence Journal" and the "Identity Laws") and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

7. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT, NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Our content is for education and personal reflection only. It is not therapy, counselling, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Please read our Legal Notice.

Results vary from person to person. We do not promise any particular outcome.
